Resources from Dr. Toni

As a success strategist and mental health professional, mentor, advocate and consultant for mission-driven parents, leaders and achievers, Dr. Toni offers a variety of resources to support both professional development and personal growth. Here are a few favorites:

Who I am and why this work matters

For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to be two things: a mom and a professional who helps people feel better. Even though I knew the field I’d pursue, I also struggled with my own mental health along the way. I know what it’s like to look outwardly successful yet feel inwardly disconnected, unfulfilled, and at times burnt out, anxious, or depressed- and how hard it can be to sort it all out, without losing sight of who and what really matters.

Over the past two decades, I’ve helped others, and myself, to heal, forgive, learn, and grow from the inside out. That journey led me to create a life that feels richer and more aligned- in ways I didn’t even realize I wanted. It’s the combination of both my personal and professional experiences that makes the work I do so much more than just my career- but my passion and purpose.

Relationships are at the core of who we are as humans- which is why I care so deeply about doing work that helps heal, shift and deepen connections; enhancing understanding about our experiences with people in our lives. Our relational interactions affect so much of our day to day lives- as moms and dads, leaders and colleagues, citizens and neighbors, husbands and wives. And our relationship with ourselves, colors how we navigate the joys and the challenges we face- be it at work, at home or in our communities. By recognizing old patterns and challenging limiting perspectives, we create the possibility for real and lasting change.

With a background in psychotherapy, social work, education, and leadership- alongside lived experience with trauma, modern day motherhood, relationship issues and burn out- I’ve seen firsthand how mental, spiritual, and social health intersect. These intersections affect everything from our own internal sense of success and fulfillment, to how we think, sleep, manage time, react to loved ones and deal with stress.

When we aren’t aware of how these parts of our lives are impacting us, our families, extended relationships and professional systems, we wind up struggling. We struggle to feel better, think better, do better, lead better, love better and connect better.

Ready to work together?

I’m currently enrolling for my next RESET Experience. This up-coming program is designed specifically for a cohort of modern day moms managing motherhood, marriage and their passion-fueled mission as professionals- seeking continued success + growth that also allows them to prioritize their own mental health, deepen their most important relationships, and gain clarity on next steps for the RESET they desire. You can save your spot here. Doors close on Sept. 9, and the deeply discounted prices offered this round will not be available again; they’re once in a lifetime as a homage to modern-day mamas everywhere, and in honor of this being my first re-opening of the group since my 5th and final maternity leave!
